| The youngest of we six is Janet M. Maurer. She has her Bachelors from the University of Missouri at St. Louis, and earned her Master's in Education from Maryville University. She is now teaching Kindergarten. He husband, Anthony "Nino" Mascallco, works for ESAB as an Application Engineer Manager. Nino graduated from the University of Missouri at Rolla as a Metallurgical Engineer. Janet and Nino lived for a spell in Colorado while running a Meineke Muffler Shop. The youngest of the fourth generation is Maria E. Mascalco who is in the 4th grade at Ballwin Elementary. |
| Janet Maurer worked at Ralston before she was married and then again when she returned from Colorado. She was working there while she was completing her college work in the evening. So four of the six John A. Maurer, Jr. kids worked for Ralston, the Anheuser-Busch of our generation. |
