Students obtain internships in hotels, restaurants, sporting arenas, convention centers and casinos around the world. The HRM program’s state-of-the-art food service laboratory allows you to gain hands-on managerial experience in commercial food preparation and service, hotel operation, foodservice systems, beverage operations, nutrition, and computer science while on campus. |
